The new moon is on July 28th at 1:55pm EST in the motherly, tender sign of Cancer ruled by (guess who?) the MOON! Full moon is on August 13th at 2:38pm in the social status, “step on your head to get to the top” sign of Capricorn ruled by Saturn. Cancer rules rivers, waterfalls and rain while Capricorn rules mountains and buildings.
